“Absolutely no sleep to be had in this hotel. It's party central on the street outside full of drunk people shouting and roaring. We gave up as it was still going on at 6am when we left. Theres little sound proofing fron outside and the inside wall beside the window is window is rotten with damp. Ear plugs provided are a bad sign and no use. While I'm sure not the fault of the hotel, a guest had deffacated in the lift. This is not a 4 star, it's a 1 star in a noisy huge open air drinking……

“The room was very clean and kept so by with daily cleaning team . The beds were very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was great too. The corridors could benefit from an upgrade as they were a bit bland and looked tired. Unfortunately some of the guests ( on my floor) didn’t adhere to the no smoking policy which concerned me enough to mention it to the reception team. I didn’t want an evacuation in the middle of the night ! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and housekeeping was……
