“I stayed for two days. The hotel is clean, well located, and the room itself is good. Unfortunately, the bad experience started at check-in. The receptionist barely greeted me, gave me the room card and number without any explanation (he didn’t even white the room number at anywhere), and provided no basic information such as Wi-Fi password, breakfast location, or schedule. Speaking of breakfast, it was very poor as well. The worst part happened during checkout. The receptionist asked if I had……

“Ubicación excelente, el poder entrar al edificio con código muy bueno. El personal muy amigable. Tenían té y café en el lobby, La habitación 303 estaba muy bien pero con detalles. El PH se caía pq el soporte estaba flojo, la bañera era resbalosa y no había donde sujetarse, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y faltaban algunos cubiertos y toallas de mano. Lo bueno es que te intentaban solucionar algunas cosas.”
