The apartment features:

- 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, a closet, a Smart TV, and a fan, and the master bedroom with a private bathroom.
- Living room with a sofa bed, a dining area for 4, an inflatable mattress, and a Smart TV with home theater.
- Balcony with excellent views, a full kitchen, and a laundry area.
- Carport

Fully equipped with kitchen utensils and furnished, with a refrigerator and washing machine.
