The swamps of Louisiana are beautiful! We spent the morning enchanted by the amazing views from an airboat. We scheduled our tour through the visitor center at Houma, LA.
A great little historical find Built with hand-hewn cypress around 1825, the E.D. White House is an excellent example of Creole plantation architecture and traditional construction
Laurel Valley Village Store a nice little turn of the century corner general store. Has house dating back to the 1880s a nice little time to explore
