“This house is not clean, despite the fact that we paid a cleaning fee. There were bottles under the beds, open cookies in the drawers of the nightstands, and copious amounts of hair (all parts of the body, if you can use your imagination) all over the house and especially in the bathroom. Neither shower was usable. “We booked this condo and expected a lot more. It was okay for the purpose of us going to Camelback all day. When I booked it, I was never able to get a hold of the management company or the owner to answer questions prior to our stay. When arriving it was impossible and very stressful to get the right combo for the key lock to enter the condo. Tony was very helpful after I called him 3 times in a row till he picked up to try and help me until we got a number that could work. When we drove in we……

“We stayed overnight to prepare for a friends bridal shower. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our own meal, there was plenty of seating to enjoy said meal together and the space was terrific for entertaining. We spent a ton of time in the hot tub which was in great shape and very clean. The beds were really comfortable which made the stay even better as many of us traveled quite a distance. The hosts were very responsive to questions and requests. We can't wait to come back!”
