“we loved Casa Sita. This house was obviously built with a lot of love, it is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Terry and Sita where great host and did everything to assure we had a great experience. We would definitively stay at casa Sita again.”

“This property is beyond amazing. Located in quiet hill of San Marcus La Laguna, easy access to center of town. Great San Pedro Volanco view and Lake Atitlan view. If you're not familiar with the Lake, this location has a few drawbacks as the town is very small and it's a bit far from most of the other towns around the lake. “We loved our stay. It was very beautiful and peaceful. The staff brought us a delicious breakfast each morning for a small charge. The only negative is not knowing in advance about the very steep and long cement path from the road to the cabin on the lake. Anyone with physical disabilities could find it impossible to manage.”

The location is about 10-15minutes walk to town with young children, so ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but doesn't want to be reliant on transport to get groceries or experience the local community and culture.
