“Can't say enough about how great our time was there.”

“Great hosts”

“Great property located right across from Salt Springs. Cabin had all the amenities thoughtfully provided and everything was stress free. I would like to make special mention of Rosie, the host. Her communication was excellent before, during and after. We had an emergency at home that changed our plans late at night and she was quickly responsive and very understanding. She was greatly appreciated.”

“Quite, peaceful, Everything”

“this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed. You can not spend any time outside as its all ant hills everywhere. SO disappointed. The only positive was the very nice man who maintains the……

“Great stay!!”

“This place is a gem. Super clean and comfy. Teresa was an amazing host and answered any questions I had promptly .. can’t wait to return next year..”

“Tranquil and beautiful property. The cabin was adorable with cold AC , clean and cozy. The boat ramp is just across the street! We will definitely be going back.”

“The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room for our truck, trailer, and could dock our 30' boat in water in the canal. The host was easy to communicate with and the property is pet friendly. There are no grassy areas on the property so that did take our dog a minute to find a spot, but overall it was a nice stay.”

“Very neat and clean. Equipped with everything you would need. The ice and golf car is priceless!!”

“Cozy, quiet and clean. Excellent host communication. Perfect for a quiet get away. Just a few steps from the river with a private deck.”

“The property was as stated and very clean. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and great fishing. Will be most definitely staying again.”

“The place was absolutely beautiful, and we would all stay there again. My only comment is that the upstairs AC didn’t seem to work as efficiently as the main level, so it may need to be checked. Otherwise, everything was truly great!”
