This spacious home is nestled in a secluded 4-acre woodland. With two levels, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms you will have plenty of space. The main level boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen. With 5 big-screen TVs throughout the house, entertainment is guaranteed. Descend to the lower level to discover a pool table, a game area, kitchenette, and laundry facilities. You can step out onto a 500 square foot screened-in porch, offering stunning views of the 14th green of the Apple Valley Golf Course. Gather around the fire pit for memorable moments. Primary Bedroom (Main level): A spacious room with a king-size bed and access to the deck. Luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and his and her sinks. Bedrooms 2 and 3 (Main level): Each room boasts a comfy queen-size bed. There is an additional shared bathroom on this level. Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): A spacious room with a king-size bed and a trundle bed. There is access to the deck from this room too. The third bathroom is located on this level.
