“We truly enjoyed our time here. The weather for late April was beautiful, and we got plenty of sun and lake time. My kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks off the dock. There was a beautiful botanical garden walk just a few minutes into town, and we also enjoyed the paved walk to see the dam and the gorgeous sunset views along that walk. We enjoyed the sunrise views from the home, found the kitchen well equipped for cooking our own meals, and plenty of towels and linens for our stay.……

“I booked this with 22 friends mostly for a work vacation for 4 nights and we had an absolutely fantastic time! A storm came through the week before we got there and there was some rain damage to one of the rooms in the basement that couldn’t be fixed by the time of our stay, but the host Glenn did everything in his power to move beds and make sure we could all still fit since we had so many people! And even with that room closed we had PLENTY of space! We also rented his Bennington Tritoon for……

“Third time staying here. Many things not being fixed or maintained. Location is great! Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Screened in porch is enjoyable. View of lake is limited. Living room furniture is very comfortable as is the bed. Nice but could be a much nicer place if basic maintenance was done.”

“Very nicely redone. Very quiet and clean. A suggestion...shower needs some type of bar or handle for safety reasons... especially older visitors. One note... little black ants showed up in the kitchen this morning. I used the kitchen to brush my teeth and left the toothbrush on a paper towel. It was covered in ants this morning. Terra would help eliminate the problem. Great stay.”

“First and foremost, Shawn was a fabulous host. Very prompt to messages prior to and during our stay. Dock Holiday was a dream come true for us. The house provided such great separation, younger group on one side, matured group on the opposite. The boat dock and kayaks created a bond without devices for the younger generation in which we all thoroughly enjoyed. This home has created so many memories that we’ll cherish forever.
