“Nach einer Woche Rom/Neapel haben wir uns in der Villa Querencia sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa liegt in einer traumhaften Lage am Hang über dem Meer und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Das absolute Highlight ist die große Terrasse von der wir am Abend bei einer guten Flasche Wein die Sonnenuntergänge, mit oder auch ohne Stromboli im Hintergrund, beobachten konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem äußerst freundlichen Verwalter klappte von Beginn……

“La villa è molto funzionale e il panorama è mozzafiato. Nelle vicinanze spiagge meravigliose (Michelino/paradiso sub/marinella etc.). Location perfetta per approfittare del mare, delle uscite serali su Tropea/Pizzo etc. Calma e stile, una bella piscina con vista Tropea e Stromboli, la villa ci ha regalato momenti indimenticabili in famiglia. Esperienza da rifare!”

“Großes helles Haus mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten ums Haus herum! Mit dem Auto ca 15 min von Pizzo entfernt, auch Lamezia terme ist in knapp 30 min gut zu erreichen. Anlage ist angenehm ruhig und mit eigenem Strandzugang. Ein Zweiter Schlüssel für die jungen Leute wurde von Rossella problemlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!”

“The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. “We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina……

“La villa Anna est décorée avec harmonie et la terrasse vous offre une vue incroyable. Il manque pas grand chose pour la monter en gamme : une cafetière qui ne fuit pas, du linge de maison correcte ( les serviettes sont usées et dépareillées, pas de torchons) et une poubelle digne de ce nom car il faut lutter tous les jours contre les chiens errants. Un guide d’utilisation de la maison et des environs serait un plus. Si vous choisissez cet emplacement pour être au calme,et écouter le rythme……

“La maison est étonnante et la vue superbe. Nous avons adoré l’architecture de la villa et bien sûr l’accès direct à une petite plage aux eaux translucides depuis la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Ivana qui a su répondre très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Quelques commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance. A recommander, très bel endroit !!! Seule réserve : il semble qu’il y ait une……

“The photo's on the website do not do it justice - much bigger in real life. Lovely, helpful owners. A bit more shade at the pool area would have been nice, but still a wonderful place to unwind.”

“We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. In the morning, have a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace, lunch and chill out on the large terrace, walk around in the beautiful garden, it's all possible and it felt heavenly. The contact with Gianluca went very smoothly and he and his brother-in-law gave us a very warm welcome on the spot.”

“Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern über Ostern einen wundervoll entspannten Urlaub in der Villa Delmonte verbracht. Wir wurden bereits vor unserer Reise von Andrea und Markus sehr aufmerksam betreut, was sich bei unserer Anreise fortsetzte. Alles stand bereit - für unser erstes Mittagessen war gesorgt, der Sekt stand kühl. Alle Fotos entsprechen der Realität. An den Sonnenuntergängen haben wir uns nicht satt sehen können - unglaublich schön der Blick auf den Stromboli, am besten von der tollen……

“Ho soggiornato 4 notti presso questa abitazione, devo dire che il proprietario è una persona fantastica e molto disponibile. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto, anche di climatizzatore.”

“L'appartamento era normale, senza pretese, cosa che non avevamo. L'abbiamo trovato scomodo ai servizi se non si ha una macchina a disposizione. Troppa confusione di notte a tutte le ore tanto che non si riusciva a dormire. Niente TV. Moka senza manico. Scomodo per arrivare in spiaggia. Mare pulito solo al mattino. Non è stata una vacanza come ci aspettavamo.”
