There are so many unique room options, and the staff is consistently courteous and kind. The check-in staff, in particular, was great and very helpful. On this visit, we reserved the Barn Suite as a gathering place for our family, and it was fantastic. The space was filled with unique and thoughtful touches that truly captured an authentic country feel and made it a perfect spot for everyone to come together. The only minor issue occurred during check-in, when one staff member was a bit rude regarding a third-party reservation for two of our four rooms. Aside from that brief interaction, everything else was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds of the hotel was also very clean and inviting. We had dinner at the restaurant on grounds, although the food was just warm, maybe because it was almost closing time. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
