"My husband and I stayed here to relax, rejuvenate, and celebrate his birthday. We had a wonderful time! He really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while listening to the sound of the creek. Our dog, Gambit, loved laying near the pellet stove to warm up on those cold nights. The hosts were/are wonderful and are very attentive and responsive! They have small touches here and there that really make the stay special (like the dog bowls and treats). We are already looking forward to our next stay...

It is beautifully situated and is a short drive from some excellent hiking and biking in nearby state parks. I think a couple of things, though, could be improved. The tent was set up on an incline, which made sleeping a bit less comfortable than it might have been. I would recommend that the hosts build a level platform...
