There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms.

Outside: There are Evergreen trees and a lime tree in the front surrounding the custom built home. We have parking for 1 car in the driveway and an extra car can be parked on the street.

You will have access to the entire house and yard and pool. There is a casita (additional dwelling unit) located on the property where the homeowner resides, but it is completely separated by a gate and has its own private entrance through the driveway.
