“The Cabin in the Trees was exactly as described and was everything we were looking for as a stay in Jim Thorpe. The host was amazing with communications and provided us with all the info on all the things to do, places to see and restaurants to visit. At the same time he completely gave us our privacy and we knew we could reach him quickly if necessary. I hope to visit again!”

“The host was very helpful with questions, and the unit is beautifully decorated. I walked in, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. It’s a sweet cabin and it felt like home immediately. If you rent here, which I would highly recommend you do, make sure you bring some of those LP records you haven’t listened to. Trust me on that. It was a great day and I’m definitely going to visit again soon. Highly recommended.”

“Great place. Hosts were easy to reach (we met one of them, and is dog, as we were checking in) and very accommodating. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean, and updated. One of the owners even went out of his way to help me out of a tight spot with my trip, even though I had already checked out. Only regret is that we were only able to stay one night.”

There are board games available, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The view from the window is absolutely stunning and added a special charm to our time there. The ski mountain is only about 25 minutes away, which is very convenient.We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time here. “The host was outstanding. He was accomodating and flexible due to a upcoming storm. The house was clean and cozy. When we had trouble with the pilot light on the fireplace he came right over. I look forward to coming back in warmer weather!! He allowed us to keep our cars there for a few hours after check out which was so nice! Thank you for a great visit!”
