“I cant say enough about this Unit, Resort, Staff, Food, and all the amenities included during this trip. We spent most of the day by and in the water (Beach, Pool, Lazy River). We loved the new addition the Resort now has (Free shuttle to the Lauderdale by the sea and Las Olas Area). Mid-way through our stay we booked a return trip here and we are already looking forward to our return.”

“My husband and I stayed at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort for our 21st anniversary and we are already planning our 22nd! It was a wonderful experience very peaceful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The two ladies at the front desk were especially helpful!! Honestly, we went off the resort a few times and were so glad to get back. It felt like we were coming home again haha! I can’t say enough about this resort! Wonderful experience!”

“Property is privately owned in a high end resort hotel. The unit is beautiful but certainly not up to the standards of the hotel as far as cleanliness. Mold, broken fixtures, stained carpet.. etc. Five days before the end of our two week stay we were told the owner sold the unit. The hotel expected us to pay them a daily rate on top of our paid reservation or leave. We were unable to reach the owner, but VRBO tried to intervene. Fortunately the hotel manager stepped in and we were able to stay……

“Hotel itself was nice and the location was good . We had an issue with the tub not draining. Bathroom needed a little help but the room was nice with a great view of the ocean . The other issue we had was the homeless hanging out on the beach at different times of the day and evening . They would help themself to the lounge chairs after hours and hangout . Not sure why this wasn't monitored but we also noticed this was an issue up and down the beach . All in all we enjoyed our stay but we won't……

“I would of given the place 5 stars but I requested to have my room clean on one day sine i had got back from the beach and there was sand all over the floor. No one ever came I ended up cleaning my own floor! Meanwhile I opted for no house cleaning since it was a short stay, except for that day!”
