In our room #5153 our carpet was so dirty, tub and toilet water came out always brown. One of the comforters had little holes in top and sheet had brown marks on one side. The pools were so so green, chemicals not right or something. The beach should not allow such loud music speakers from others was so rude. But I do say the Cabana waitresses were amazing and very attentive. Bellman was also amazing. Front desk at check in not so kind. Not sure I would stay here again.

The rooms werent clean. Two of my dresser drawers didnt close but hung open the entire stay. The running water was brown. The front desk told my son thats just the way it was. There was dog poop in the hallway even though the resort said no pets. My son believed it was human poop but im believe it was animal poop. The pool water was always murky, never clear. The kids quest was great. My grandkids really enjoyed it. And we did like the river access. Sadly, we wont be returning.

Pool was closed and brown. Towels in bathroom and linens smelled like wet clothes. Cash only ar Sbarros Pizza. No plates. Poor customer service.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Laughlin, NV! This trip was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and family friendly activities. First off, the pool was absolutely fantastic – clean, refreshing, and perfect for cooling off in the desert heat. It was a great spot to relax while the kids splashed and had a blast. The river was a huge highlight! The views were beautiful, and we enjoyed walking along the riverwalk and even caught a gorgeous sunset. There’s something so peaceful about being that close to the water. For the kids, Kids Quest was a lifesaver! It gave them a safe and fun place to play while we had a little time to relax. They didn’t want to leave! The arcade was also a hit – lots of games, prizes, and smiles all around. And I can’t forget to mention the movie theater what a treat! We caught a fun family movie and the theater was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Overall, Laughlin exceeded our expectations. It’s a great destination for families and offers a little something for everyone. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall the property was fine. Its a bit run down and needs a face lift. The shower had barely any pressure, the water in the toilet was yellow/brownish and sheets has stains on them. I enjoyed the ameninities they offered for families, such as the family friendly pool, arcade and indoor playground where you can drop your kids off. Overall, fine experience. I would go back.

Our room smelled like cigarettes and it was not clean enough. Front desk offered to ionize the room but nobody ever came. Asked for towels on two separate occasions and nobody ever came. (We did not have a do not disturb sign our the door for the record)

I was a bit disappointed. Starting with not being informed about the adult pool being closed until the next day. I only came for the pool. I wouldn't have paid for my disappointing room as well. My phone charging ports in the room weren't working and nobody came to address this. I called the front desk twice, a few hours apart with no action.

It smells a lot like cigarettes. I brought my children and they couldn't be in the bedroom because of the cigarette smell and they didn't want to give me towels and my bathroom was very dirty.

First day notice the room had a weird smell. 2nd thing, carpet was super dirty, my toddler was walkng bare foot for a bit and the her feet were black. The pool was super dirty. Bot enough umbrellas. we couldnt take a shower or bath because the water was yellow! We called customer service and they said its because its on a well and it will go away eventually. We were there for 4 nights and the water was always yellow. We tried getting a hold of customer service but no answer. I want a refund!

The rooms here are old and in disrepair.Our room had no remote control and when we tried to call down to the desk no one ever answered. I had to use my bf's cell phone bc my never got service in either of the 2 rooms we had. The nightstand between the beds was supposed to have lights and a place to charge the phone when nothing worked we that had lights in a place to charge your phone when nothing worked we looked only to find the plug had been cut and was still in the wall!! We could've been seriously harmed! Upon assisting the front desk, through cell phone, bc they still never answered, they offered a weak apology and "upgraded" us to another room exactly the same which turned out to be worse! The beds in both rooms we had were uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. The pillows were great though. The shower in our "upgraded" room was terrible! My 3 year old daughter began screaming " It hurts! It hurts!" I thought it was the water temperature but turns out the water was spraying out of the tub faucet so hard, (while the shower was on) that it was hurting her. This also made the shower pressure incredibly weak. We paid $100 more than any other room in Laughlin bc my daughter loved the pool last time we visited my mom here when she had a room. By the way her cabinet door fell off during her trip that time. For the price it was definitely not worth it. I'd rather pay the $10 per person to just visit the pool next time.

The first room we were given was a mess, had not been made up. Second room was made up but was very noisy outside. We went down to the pools and 2 out of 3 were very green!! And this was on a Wednesday. Would never stay there again
