“Check in was easy and the staff were very considerate and helpful to inform you of the hotel and where your room was. The rooms are modern and clean which is great. Some small complaints though. The rooms can be very cold and my radiator didn't seem to work. Additionally, this wasnt helped by the fact the shower only seemed to get warm not hot. During my stay there was also no mention by staff of there being a function being on the first floor (the rooms back onto the function room on this……

“We stayed for a wedding just outside of the village and it was just perfect. The lady on reception last Saturday (17thOct) in the afternoon /evening was great, so informative and took our photo no problem. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. The radio in the room was also a nice touch instead of a tv. Thank you.”

“所有員工都非常友善好客（特別是在前台的Tina，和在餐廳的Jane)，房間乾淨整潔，食物亦有水準……非常好的體驗。值得推介！”

“Always Lovely staff happy to help and very clean hotel always look forward to my stays here”

Our host could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We hated that we could only stay one night. Hopefully we can return one day !”

“Very good and convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are bright, comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast. Well-equipped rooms. A good place to stay in Tavistock! ”

This meant that every time we wanted to use the pool or spa, we had to get dressed, walk there in our clothes, change, and then carry dry clothes with……

“餐厅食物十分差，其它幾好”

“Very comfortable bed, nice big window, decent sized room with good facilities. The owner was very happy to help with fresh milk delivered and good suggestions for local food places.”
