“Great service, very friendly staff, amazing food with a great chef. Beautiful place in the wadi rum desert with more privacy and fewer tents than other camps.”

“The rooms need maintenance, it looked very old. Our closet wasn’t working, the doors were broken. We got that room to see the sky at night and it was very hold to roll the curtains as thy were old and not working properly. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“We knew what to expect as a desert camp. Accomodation was as expected. Our first room had an issue with the smell so the staff organised us in a new room. No problem and they were very helpful. The only issue about our whole stay was that one of the more senior staff was unhappy about something and yelled for sometimes after the staff and was very loud and we fell really bad about it.It's really unfortunate as it put a dark cloud on our stay. Everything else was good about our stay.”

“SCAMMERS, Watch out people, they are just gangs, in the middle of the desert, don’t make the fake pictures fool you, after I did my reservation with Expedia for a bubble, we found out it’s all fake, directions took us to a scary village in the middle of the desert, and when I contacted Expedia customer service all what they did issue a refund for me after 4 business days, I had to stay in the car with my family for 9 hours without a any farther assistance from Expedia, I’m switching to any……

“Be aware, if you do not take their hyper-inflated expensive jeep tour, they will try and scam 30JD for taking you to the rom and bringing you back from there to your car (which is parked outside the range)”
