“I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views.
**Pros:**
- Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs.
- Clean, well-equipped room.
**Cons:**
- Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room.
- Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night.

“Great location which you can go to the city centre by walk.
Helpful staff that are willing to help to solve the problems for us.
The room is clean, tidy and spacious.
Overall, this hotel is value for money and I would highly recommend to those who are travelling to Cannes”
