“It’s well situated and a nice place to stay. ”

“Beautifully renovated cottage with comfortable bed and modern washroom. Conveniently located for exploring Guisborough and helpful guidebook with suggestions for the kids and adults. The grocery store is a 5-minute block away also. Andy was very helpful and easy to communicate with.”

“Only thing wrong was we didn’t stay long enough. We loved this little cottage. It’s a beautiful little home away from home. Whitby was fantastic as well. Wish we’d known ahead of time how much we would love it so we could have booked a longer stay.”

“Tried to give five stars across the board but the app won’t let me for some reason it’s stuck! We had a really great time at this property . It was very comfy with everything we needed. Lovely location to walk and relax in and also for visiting other areas. Would definitely recommend this property ”

“Great location. Plenty of room. Good views from room. Everything you need in thus apartment. Well priced. Central for all the bars and restaurants literally 2 mins walk away also not far from train station..we parked in the Marina car park which was about a 10 min walk. All good. Thanks for a pleasant stay”

“Nice room and straightforward checking in. Good value if you are on a budget. Small bedroom and bathroom but good well equipped shared kitchen with all facilities including washing machine with line and pegs outside if needed.”

“There's so much to like about this property and it certainly had very high standards when it was initially designed and refurbished. However it does not maintain the high level of ambition of being a high-end holdiay apartment. Blocked gutters are causing a damp shower room, maintenance issues such as boiler constantly cutting out leaving no hot water or heating. Small maintenance issues, rudimentary cleaning and cheap mattresses, where a topper wouldn't go a miss, leave a disappointment. It is……

“Will definitely go back again my family loved it had a power cut made it more adventurous loved every minute off it neighbours across the way gave us some candles next day didn't use them but people made you welcome”
