We had a great time especially with the dogs and donkeys, and the scenery. The host was very helpful and accommodating. My experience was basically shower, eat dinner in Round Top and bed, but my wife had a very good time. The owners were very nice and engaging. The dogs were a hoot and very friendly. Our room was very comfortable, though not spacious. Our plans took us away from the property during the day, but if you want a place to just relax this would be fine. Our host Kiki worked with our early (4 am!) departure schedule to have a take away breakfast ready for us. Nothing is fancy, but we enjoyed our stay, the hospitality, and the location. Our breakfasts were good. In nice weather there are plenty of places to be outside, enjoying the day or evening.
