“Booked and paid in advance. Staff with initial RB is really nice and gave me parking pass and knew I already paid. However, since I arrived early than 4pm check in time, have to comeback to check in later. Another staff seems did not know I paid. I was charged again at a lower rate (foubd out from credit card statement two fays later) and gave a room already occupied by someone. Then got another room with dirty carpet, light bulb outtage and shower head spred watereverywhere.

“We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent!
