“Our favorite VRBO ever! I’ve already booked more stays and can’t wait to return. The home is surrounded by fields and beautiful stunning views. Heavenly and peaceful. You won’t want to leave. The apartment offers a giant wide open floor plan. Plenty of room for family and friends to gather. Comfortable beds. A theatre area and full size kitchen Quiet and relaxing. Very private. The large heated pool was where I spent most of my time. You have a lovely pool house and sauna and plenty of outdoor……

“We stayed in Wilmington for the WEC horse show, where our daughter competed for the first time and came home with a first-place blue ribbon. Although our stay was brief, the property and amenities were perfect for our family. My husband and daughter swam in the heated pool every day, which was fantastic. Our daughter also loved the playhouse, swing set, and hammock — she called it her little clubhouse. My only wish is that we could have stayed a couple extra days to enjoy even more of the……

“The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I……

“I booked the house because it was so close to Rock the Block. The inside is beautiful and the front porch became my favorite spot to relax the night away. The communication with the host was spot on. I highly recommend booking this hidden gem.”

“What a lovely place. The only possible improvement I could suggest is a waste bin in the bathroom. Super quiet, charming and comfy place.”

“Very clean and nicely done property. Very close to college. There’s a hot tub which is a nice addition but I wasn’t able to utilize. I just ran out of time. I love that I could bring my dog and there’s a nice fenced in area to let him play while I was unloading and loading the car. Couldn’t ask for a much better place. I’ll definitely stay here again.”

“Great host! Great location! Very cool building to stay in. The only comment is there was minimal space to potty the dogs but was never an issue.”
