“We were looking for a cabin at the state park, but it was all booked. This gem was just as good and 1 mile away from the park. Clean and quiet, it couldn't have been any better than it was. Highly recommend!”

“We come to Caddo every summer and this is the best house we have found for rent. The large open concept kitchen and living space is perfect for a family gathering and we enjoyed games around the large table. The outdoor decks offer spaces in the sun, shade and a screened porch. Everything was clean and in good working order. Steps to enter the water are convenient for those not wanting to slide or jump off the deck. The host responded quickly to a question we had about how to work the slide……

“Perfect little swamp getaway, had an amazingly relaxing time. Boat launch is more than deep enough even at low pool, just be very careful of stumps and sudden shallows on the way to the main channel. Incredible scenery along the way. The four kayaks at the house work great for this too. Absolutely loved this place highly recommend it and will hopefully be back soon.”

“The stay was what I was all I was hoping for. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful and the lake only added to the experience. My overall experience with management was great. She kept lines of communication open. At one point we had an issue with a cabinet door hinge but maintenance was nearby and came right away to remedy the problem. I would definitely stay there again”

“Overall it’s a good stay, great location and really easy access to the water, we love that! The host is great with quick response to our questions. While the house has some minor issues like missing some light bulbs here and there, not enough seats for the dinning table upstairs and ext. but overall it’s good.”
