“I got to give Patric, the manager, full praise. Really helpful. However, never again will I stay here when we are in the midst of a heavwave, or warm weather. My room had no windows, as it was central inside the building. It had a sky light in the ceiling, but could not open it for air. The room was like a greenhouse the whole time I stayed there. I checked out at 5am as opposed 9am, as I just wanted to be able to breath again and cool down. It was a health hazard in my opinion. I asked the……

“This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. “The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was……
