“Property was clean. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was exceptional and always friendly. If we had one complaint, it's the poor functionality of the toilet paper dispenser, wonky and always a challenge to use.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. Steph was very nice. Breakfast was beyond belief delicious based on our dietary preference however it locked dairy free milk you have got to have dairy free milk . For the shower: shampoo was just way too watery; body soap was the same as shampoo, watery, and it should not be, and there was no conditioner. We will definitely stay there again”

“I stayed at this property for 10 days, and it was overall a great experience, the location is in walking distance of some really good cocktail bars, the staff were helpful and the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, it was very quiet and I was really able relax and enjoy my stay! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND, especially those who might be passing through or in the process of moving to Lancaster! ”
