“There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.”

“Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, leider keine Klimaanlage und deshalb sehr warm, zentrale Lage, aber dadurch abends und nachts sehr laut. Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp aber sehr zu empfehlen.”

“Reibungsloser Check-in, sehr geräumiges, modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Im Sommer ist die Klimaanlage natürlich optimal. Frühstück war reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, sogar in der Tiefgarage. Wir waren mit unserem kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.”

“les instructions d’arrivées n’ont pas été transmises à temps (préalablement avant mon arrivée) ; - la serrure et/ou la carte magnétique de la porte de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas ; - le réseau wifi ne fonctionnait pas ; - la propreté n’est pas à hauteur des attentes (poussière et toile d’araignée) ; - pas de store ou toile opaque dans la fenêtre ; - pas de bouilloire dans la chambre et la cuisine commune; - difficulté à rejoindre le contact pour pouvoir accéder au logement. Le rapport……

“Das Zimmer ist an und für sich sehr zum Empfehlen, wenn man bei geschlossenen Fenster schläft. Bei offenen Fenster ist der Straßenlärm, dann doch etwas störend.”

Besides that, everything was good and the apartment was nice and clean. I enjoyed staying there for a couple of nights.”
