“我们3个家庭在酒店的顶层套房内度过了一个愉快的中国新年。酒店不大，位置很好，去雪场和超市都很方便。房间很温馨，一应俱全。唯一美中不足是房间的厨房设施有点老化，厨房空间有点局促。3个卧室只有两个卫生间。”

“位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。”

Il manque juste un accès aux bains que pour les clients de l'hôtel autre 7h30 du matin, 20h30-22h00 serait idéal!!! Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.”
