Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, a toilet, a PRM-accessible bedroom (1 bed 180x190) with private bathroom. Upstairs, you will have 4 bedrooms (1 bed 180x190) (3 with 6 twin beds 90), a toilet, two bathrooms. Wi-Fi. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, as well as a shared plot of approximately 7000m². A common recreation room is available with billiards and darts. Access to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available. Gas heating is included. Bed linen and towels are provided.
