On the first floor: two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. There is also a closed courtyard beautifully flowered during the summer. A garage is at your disposal. The fuel oil heating and the electricity are included in the price of the stay. On your arrival you will find the beds made. This family house is situated in a charming village that has the "Village de Caractère" label. Les Riceys is also the only village with Three AOC of Champagne (Champagne, Côteaux Champenois et Rosé des Riceys). In the village you will find all sorts of shops and services. Verschillende champagne boeren in de buurt Huisje was heel proper, mooi bedlinnen. Kasten zitten overvol met van alles. Je kan het niet dromen of het is er. Helaas meestal wel wat gedateerd, daarom wel niet stuk. Kuipzetels dringend aan vervanging toe, wat ging gebeuren zei mevrouw. Parkeren kan gewoon aan de kant in straatje rechtover het huisje.
