Portovecchio apartments: brand-new apartments, in the old town of Levanto, 200 meters from the equipped beach.

6 apartments, recently restored.
Inside a century-old villa, all apartments have a private area for “al fresco” dining.

Four apartments for maximum 4 people; one apartment for maximum 5 people; one apartment for maximum 6 people.

The three apartments on the ground floor have a small private garden, equipped with table, chairs and sunshade.
The two apartments on the first floor have a terrace with table, chairs and sunshade.
Apartment “Sgombro” is the largest, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a garden (accessible with a flight of stairs)
All apartments have air conditioning. Wi-Fi and Smart TV in all apartments.

Equipped kitchen, with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and microwave (the “Totano” apartment only has a microwave: no traditional oven).
The apartments for 4 people have a bedroom with double bed, and a sofa bed for two people in the kitchen+living room, or living area.
The apartments “Polpo” and “Sgombro” have a second bedroom, with two single beds.

Private parking inside the property, included in the price. 2 charging points for electric cars (IEC 60309 - 220 V - 16 A)

Gemütliches Apartment

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Levanto. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist in ein paar Minuten am Meer, sowie der kleinen Einkaufsstrasse oder dem Park. Wir wurden sehr freundlich eingewiesen und mit der Buchung hat alles problemlos geklappt. Thx!
