“This place was awesome! Brian showed us some amazing private hit spring tubs that are completely off the map. He also gave us a great recommendation for local eateries. We learned a lot about Chilean culture and history. Will be back again!”

“En general las instalaciones son agradables con olor a madera que genera un ambiente cálido. La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad.
El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa.
Respecto al personal todos muy atentos ”

“Spacious room, beautiful view of Lago Villarrica. Good breakfast, though a bit heavy on the carbs. Staff was helfpul, though most had limited English--Apple Translate definitely helped. Steep, long, narrow driveway from highway up to hotel was a little intimidating, but luckily we never encountered another vehicle on it. Very good value for the price. ”
