On the basement floor you'll find a spacious hobby area with 2 French-style convertible couches, separate niche with French-style convertible couch, bathroom with shower box, balcony and big garage where you can park 2 cars in line. On the raised ground floor,
1 living room with a double convertible couch, 2 furnished balconies with table and sun beds, kitchenette, 2 double rooms, 2 windowed bathrooms with tub (shower included) and a wide, fenced garden. Plus, modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, microwave oven, electric oven, hairdryer, dishwasher and Lcd Tv.

One small pet is allowed: 20 eur per pet/day + deposit of 100eur to be paid in cash at reception.
