“We had a wonderful weekend trip to this cabin!The property looks exactly like the pictures and has everything advertised in the posting. The cabin was spotless when we got there. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious have great showers. There were plenty of towels for bathing and for the pool. There is so much living space to hang out inside and outside.The kitchen had so many pots, pans, cooking equipment, etc. It was a joy to cook meals in! The BBQ was also……

“Our family of 38 enjoyed a memorable 4 days at the Maple Rock Resort. There was no shortage of activities for everyone ages 2-70 we even held a Family Olympics. Everything was in close proximity and easy to access so we didn't worry about the little ones wandering off. Such a peaceful forest setting with deer, bunnies and birds right outside your window. Thanks David for all your efforts to make this a great place. ”

“Had a lovely time in this cute little cabin.
Pros: beautiful location with outdoor patio seating. They had a grill and outdoor sound system but I’m not sure if they were usable as I didn’t need it.
The room was cozy and very comfy bed. Best sleep after a long day of exploring cultus.
Had a tv that was guest connected to a couple of streaming sites, also we can connect our own streaming sites to the tv with Decent wifi connection.
Appliances to warm food as well as a fridge to keep food……

“Great location, quiet and somewhat clean, the suite could have been cleaner. Dust and cobwebs were noticeable and the interior finishing lacked quality workmanship.Otherwise was perfect for our needs. The lack of a freezer within the fridge made it impossible to refreeze our cooler ice packs. We had to keep buying ice for our cooler.The flat screen TV was large but of a different vintage, it produced alot of heat, which in turn increased the temperature of the room.”

“I would give 10 stars if I could!! The communication with the host Eric was outstanding and the accommodations are stunning. The views from top deck are breathtaking and the huge outdoor couch and propane firepit was amazing. Our beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would highly recommend staying here!!”

“Everything was great. Clean bed and bathroom. Well stocked with spare blankets, bath towels, pillows, etc. Kitchen area was clean. Space was just the right size. “Fifteen of us came together to celebrate a milestone birthday. It was a great property for us and everyone had fun, especially with the games room and pool. I was a bit worried the place might be too fancy, but it was well lived in and comfortable. Please note that one of the bedrooms with two double beds is only accessible via the room with the three single beds. We had a great weekend. ”

Poor Customer Services
"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service.
My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk.
As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
