“Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so……

“The property is in a nice location. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 p.m. the house was not clean at all (dirty bathroom, wash cloths, towels, dirty sheets, unmade bed, trash on table, etc.). It took me 2-3 hours to get in contact with our host and had to contact VRBO direct to help try and resolve. The cleaners finally showed up at 8:30 p.m. to clean the house, we missed time with family & friends that we traveled hours to see for a wedding because of dealing with this "Unclean" House.”

“This place is absolutely what we needed. Coming into town for a long weekend, it was the perfect location and size for a couple needing a home base near family. Getting into the property at first felt a bit like entering an escape room, but the owner was super responsive and guided us perfectly. This apartment is in a single-family home in a nice subdivision. You enter through the garage, which was the confusing part for us at first. It is on the second floor, so for anyone with mobility issues,……

“The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance.”
