“We arrived via Liberty Lines ferry, and it was a short walk to the hotel. We checked right in and were shown the room. It was very spacious and had a kitchenette with stovetop to make a light meal. We had a drying rack outside our room and chairs and table in our patio. There is a seasonal pool but not heated. There were several deck lounge chairs to relax by the pool. “L’appartement était très bien placé, dans une petite ruelle un peu à l’écart de la rue principale ce qui rend l’emplacement très pratique, à proximité des restaurants, glaciers, supermarché, sans la foule ni le bruit. Il était propre et très bien équipé, avec en prime une terrasse en rooftop avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se préparer un dîner au coucher du soleil. La communication avec les hôtes était fluide, on a été très bien conseillé pour les adresses, le leaflet envoyé par WhatsApp était……

“Room was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and host even carried my heavy bag upstairs for me. There was nobody there when I arrived despite it being the check in hours. One thing I’ve realized after 2 weeks in Sicily is that the norm is for the hosts not to be present, so if you want more privacy and freedom that’s good. If you need lots of assistance might not be so good. But that’s been overall all over the islands. But when I arrived I had to call them and wait 5-10 minutes for them……
