“We had an amazing 3 nights at the Swan. From the time we arrived to when we left the service was excellent. We were offered a drink from the bar when we arrived and on departure a coffee for the journey, never have we had this while staying in a pub! All the staff were friendly and very helpful, offering to help with our bags and any other needs we had. Our room, The Dolebury, was in an annex set aside from the actual pub and was beautiful and very clean. Complimentary water, tea and coffee and……

“We were lucky enough to stay in the Langford suite. Wow it was as big as a air bb. Decor was 1st class bathroom had a 6ft double shower. Pub was great staff were lovely food to match. The staircase to the suite needs replacing also was surprised to see the entrance mat had a large stain on it. But we would still give you 10 out of 10. ”

“We stayed at the Royal hotel on the way to Butlins Minehead. The hotel is well situated and free parking on a spacious carpark. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Can not fault the food in the bar or at breakfast. Family room was clean and spacious. We have stayed here on several occasions and will do again. ”

“Loved it. I was seeing a band in Cardiff and picked this hotel as it was close to the train station. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and the hotel. “The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. ”
