“What you see and read is what you get. Fantastic is all that needs said.”

“This house is an experience not just lodging. It would take a week just to explore all the supple nuances of this house. The location was convenient to all locations in Newberry. And convenient to Prosperity. This was ideal for our plans attending a wedding and other events. My wish is that the host provided a history of the house. We were there on the hottest day this summer. Some areas were hotter than others. We had options to set the temperature lower. But, didn't reaize it until……

“A very clean property. The host made the whole process very easy. Really enjoyed the time there.”

“Cozy little home. Owners were easy to contact and quick reasons to messages. ”

“The property was as advertised and had many more amenities than stated. The host was very kind and added to the enjoyment of our stay and quick to communicate. We will definitely plan on staying here on our next trip to the area. The wildlife was a plus.”

Overall for how much it costs the toilet paper and paper towels could be nicer, not trying to complain either just being completely real. I would have so much fun doing a remodel on this house the gorgeous potential it has.”

“Overall, we had a nice stay. We booked this property because the close proximity to our son‘s wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner at Liberty on the lake. The inside of the home was clean, and it matched the listing. The location worked well for our group, and we enjoyed our time there!!However, I do think future guests should be aware that the property could benefit from better maintenance. The outdoor areas, particularly the dock and steps, have several rotted boards. One other thing to be……

“AWSOME! Will be here several times and year now.”

“My kids had a blast running around the outdoor spaces, and we enjoyed the fresh air together!”

“This was just a quick overnight stop for my party of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone. I would say this property needs some TLC and a deep clean. The cost for one night was far more than the property warranted, in my opinion.”
