“Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets.
Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times.
Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!”

“Was very disappointed on the service provided on your end. Could not no matter how hard I tried to get to speak to someone. We asked for a dog friendly hotel and couldn’t get get combination ether from you or the hotel. And when we arrived they told us they did not accept. Dogs. My partner is disabled and sharing a bathroom with others was not acceptable. “We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family. The house itself was absolutely stunning, the garden was full of flowers with a cute vegetable patch. If you are looking for a place to stay that gives an old English county house vibe this is perfect. I also have a lot of dietary requirements as I am gluten……
