“This lodge is just lovely. It is located on a small sheep farm which was a great bonus. The sheep are on the fields like 6 feet from your door and they had just had babies! There are pheasants too. The lodge is well equipped and the beds comfy. The heating is really good; had to turn it down at times. The views are outstanding and on a clear night you can see so many stars. There is no noise from anywhere, it is so peaceful. It is about a 20 min drive from Shrewsbury so ideal for visiting. I……

“We loved our two night stay in the Shepherds Hut. Very comfy bed and all the amenities we needed. The enjoyed the outdoor seating area in the glorious weather. The owner was very friendly and helpful.”
