“Upon walking in the lobby the property smelled like stale cigarettes. There was no one behind the counter when I first walked in. After a moment or two a younger gentleman came out of a back office who looked as if he just left a dispensary and sample every joint in the house. Having said that, he was nothing but courteous, polite and gave wonder suggestions for meal options in the area. Then we walked into our room. It was not welcoming whatsoever. All the fixtures were tattered and……

“We received our check in info in an easy-to-understand e-mail and found the door unlocked and the loft apartment lovely, welcoming, and cozy. There were comfortable sleeping accommodations for three of us and a full kitchen as well as laundry facility. The views off of the deck out back were beautiful and we wished the weather had been better so that we could have taken advantage of the table out there. The only two drawbacks were the rather steep stairs which were a little hard on the oldest……
