Disappointing facilities, room rate is over-charge

Facilities is wear and old, the bathroom/toilet slide door is shaking and could not close completely, the gap cause leakage of bad smell to the bed which is close to the toilet door. The washing basin is too small causing splash of water when washing face or brushing teeth. The space is too small for 3 person room which no space to place 2 medium sized luggage suitcases. Heater is far from the double bed which is not warm enough during the night at 0 degree. Wi-Fi always disconnected. Price is comparable to 3 star plus hotel for the nights of Friday and Saturday, too expensive and can’t be acceptable to pay for poor facilities.

A friendly and helpful staff.

The lady at front desk was super helpful! I forgot her name. But still remember she patiently told me about the facility in the dining area. She cleaned up all the cups once again. She called the taxi for me to the Gatwick Airports with a very low price the next morning . Thanks again!

三人房只是將原本的雙人房加床，可是卻比雙人房貴了50%的價格

三人房只是將原本的雙人房加床，可是卻比雙人房貴了50%的價格，非常不值得，因為一般的飯店加床都是加10%~20%的價格。由於是雙人房加床，房間的空間變得很小，幾乎連打開行李的空間都沒有，但是早餐還不錯。

The property is close to Victoria station and walking distance from Buckingham palace. Everything was good for the price, clean, staff so sweet, the only reason for 4 stars is just that the sink was so small that I could hardly wash my hands in it nevertheless the face. And it looked more like a house with a few tiny rooms

The room was not what was advertised. I had to drag my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs with no help. Got to the room and the bed was a single, mini fridge that was unplugged, rotted windows, taps loose and dripping, could hear my neighbours through thin walls, semi open sockets. Worst place I’ve stayed. Actually didn’t stay the night, left a few hours after check in.the photos made it look spacious and like a double bed, it was basically a water closest. I just couldn’t believe it how bad it was. Couldn’t upload photos but have emailed.

The accommodation did not have a lift, and the stairs were narrow, making it difficult to carry heavy suitcases by hand. My room had windows that couldn't be opened and no air conditioning, so it was filled with a peculiar smell. There was no ventilation at all. There was a ceiling fan, but it was very old, and the axis was wobbly, making it seem like it would break and fly off if turned on. The fan was also very noisy, disturbing my sleep. The en-suite bathroom was much smaller than expected, almost like something a prisoner would use. The only saving grace was its proximity to Victoria Station. It seems that some rooms have a refrigerator while others do not. This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Hotel is conveniently located. Victoria train station is 10mins walk away. Hotel is a little run down. Furniture kind of old and cramp but clean. Still decent if you simply want a place to sleep.

最寄りの大きな駅から比較的近く、レンタルサイクルステーションが付近にあったので交通の便利は割と良かった。また、部屋は清潔だった。エレベーターが無いなか重たい荷物を持って狭い階段を上り下りするのが大変だった。ホテルの人が手伝ってくれたらなお良かった。トイレ・シャワーが共用でシャワーの台数は少ないため他の宿泊客とタイミングが被ってしまうことがあった。

The location is not bad for its price. It is walking distance from the tube and many of the touristy sites. The room is very small (also tiny bathroom-I’m 5’9, I’m sure someone taller than me would not fit), but again, not bad for its price. The walls are very thin so you can hear people going up and down the stairs/talking. May not be the best location for a light sleeper (likely, I don’t have that issue). The shared bathrooms/showers were always kept clean and organized. Never had an issue finding a time to go/never busy. The only downside is there is no ac, the room was very hot, other than that it was not a bad location and would recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget.

My room was awful. Hot water was hit or miss. I had to step up more than one foot to enter the tiny bathroom. No soap in the shower. No clock, no kleenix. The worst hotel I have stayed in in many years.

Hola Queria poner una reclamacion porque desde el hotel no me lo permitiron ya que alegaban que la reserva se ha hecho a traves de un tercero en este caso a traves de vosotros. Estuvimos 4 noches, de viernes a martes, pues el domingo por la noche me encontre con el agua fria de la ducha sin poder ducharme, el lunes por la mañana lo mismo, y asi hasta el martes por la mañana. Esto se lo comente y me dijieron que lo tenia que canalizar a traves de vosotros, osea por mas que lo intente se cerraban en banda, increible, y que luego ya entre vosotros pondreis la reclamacion formal y se valora. Otro tema que me dejo fuera de juego, el primer dia cuando llegamos, en un baño comun que esta en la entrada del Hall, sale un homeless (vagabundo) desnudo, sin nada, solo con una camiseta, sin NADA mas, y yo tenia que ir al baño donde el salia, esto tambien lo comente y me dijieron perdon y fin. Esa fue nuestra carta fe presentacion al llegar…. Solo queria cobrar los 10€ por maleta el ultimo dia, y los demas temas que no me hacia caso, todo esto una chica asiatica que habia en recepcion, para mi gusto mal educada sin dar mas explicaciones y evadir los problemas. Hemos pagado un importe muy alto, para tener buen servicio y agua caliente para duchar y yo he tenido que pagar servicio extra para dejar las maletas Por favor, dejo mi mail para que me deis feedback sobre el asunto Ruben.sanchez.rodri@hotmail.com

Bad experience with the hotel. We were unable to travel to London because Gare du Nord in Paris was blocked for security reasons. The hotel showed no understanding of our situation. They refused to refund us.

Receptionist was super friendly, however the door handle to the room lifting off the door on both sides, no control over room temperature, bathroom fan sounded like it could come away from the bearing at any second. I thought I'd be helpful when leaving and strip the bed, only to find stains all over the duvet and pillows, which was rather grim to see. Looking at the positives, there's loads of shops closed by and it's a 5 minute walk to Victoria Coach station.
