Fair price, comfortable bed and pleasant Staff

The room was ready and clean, the person at check in was pleasant and helpful and the price of the room was very reasonable plus it was close to Mechanicsburg where the family reunion was being held. One snag - through no fault of the hotel, the 2nd night there was a huge thunderstorm and the lights inside weren’t working, but we had two flashlights and the TV and Heating and Cooling mechanism was working so it was ok, we made it work. We’ll stay there again.

The king room was clean and very nice. The bathroom could use some updating but overall a good experience.

Nice place, quiet and people stayed to themselves. Some problems? The door was missing a piece near the bottom and could see outside and the vending machine had some months old expired sodas. But it was comfortable and safe place to stay

It is owned by a local family who still operate the premises. When I had a need, they were quick to accommodate it. It is an older hotel which is apparent, but it was clean and quiet.

This was definitely a get what you pay for motel, beds were definitely a little stiff, and the room was on the small side but I felt safe and slept well. The area is more so truck stop vibes; if I need a cheap bed for the night in the area again i would be returning.

It's a very simple, basic hotel, nothing fancy but a good night's sleep with a hot shower, TV, and the internet. All for a reasonable price. There is truck and trailer parking next door at two different truck stops. There are several restaurants nearby for food. I would stay here again.

Check-in was easy and pleasant. The room was big enough,but the bed was hard and I did sleep well enough I guess. The WiFi kept going off and I had to reconnect, so after a while I just quit.

The room was a good value, I paid around 70 a night for a last minute trip when every other room was 200 . Safe On initial entry, the welcome was a bit cold, however I was taken care of promptly. The bath towels r stained, had to buy my own from walmart as they all had different color stains on them. The shower curtain didn’t smell great, and was almost a yellow color. Walking around the hotel in socks for more than 5 minutes left my socks a dark brown almost black color. They did provide soap and shampoo, although it was the smallest packages and bars you could expect. Bedsheets had some holes in them, avoided even pulling off the blanket. Door didn’t consistently close or open properly, had to double check when shutting the door. They did have a fridge and microwave, which came in handy as well as plastic cups to brush teeth with. Came back with either an allergic reaction or some sort of bug bites. I don’t think there were any there, but I guess I’ll find out after a few days depending on how I heal up. Was almost hesitant to leave this review as others get berrated unprofessionally when leaving any negative or constructive criticism. I think a simple change of sheets, shower curtain, new towels, mopping of the floor, and minor maintenence would go a long way for this location, however I don’t know if the ownership is interested at all in hearing constructive criticism. At least, this review can act as a big heads up to those planning to visit in the future.

Front desk personnel was not available when we arrived, waited several minutes before anyone appeared. Then he was crabby and rolled his eyes when attempting to let him know that we had a reservation. I am in a wheelchair and when asking about handicap accessibility it was very unclear about what he was trying to tell us. He just kept saying go look at the room! When booking room there was no mention of what rooms were handicap accessible. Heater was not working in the room, but he didn’t mention that when we checked in. They had a small electric heater next to the sink, not ideal placement. The room was clean at least, but parking wasn’t available by our room. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very run down, it looks like they have tried to do some remodeling but very poor workman ship. Across the parking lot was a truck stop and did not feel safe. The Dead bolt did not work and the door had gap around 3 of the sides. Glad I was not there in the winter.
