We had to go to a different location to get the key for are apartment, waited outside in the rain for twenty minutes until someone could be bothered to come down wth the key, had to pay 200 pound deposit that was not mentioned by hotels.com or zen apartments, had to empty are own bins and esure everything was perfect or a notice told us we would be fined 50-100 pounds cleaning charge, if your payed over 100 pounds to stay for a night you expect house keeping. Had to battle to get my deposit back for 2 days on the phone even though I left the place spotless, got it back in the end but this was hands down the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. I wouldn't wish it apon anyone. Hotels.com representing such a dishonest scam artist company reflects very badly on you as you were the people that sent me here, shame on you. Should be more selective on who you work with rather than a pack of lying con artists

A Disaster!
We went to Denison House, Lanterns Court which we had booked. Concierge said it was necessary to call agents (difficult and expensive since we only have international phone). Agents said she would text an address to go to collect key. This was 20 minutes away across Canary Wharf (difficult with bags). No one there on arrival. Eventually security and calls tracked down agent who showed us to an apartment in Meridian Place - overlooking a noisy building site. Woken early by construction works and DLR. This was not what we had booked.
Worst still was dirty condition of apartment (good size). Toilet had not seen bleach in months and "snots" had been left on bathroom wall - disgusting,

I m really enjoyed my stay at Zen Apartment. Thre is Tesco Express nearby, Tube and DLR stations nearby..perfect location to any where in London.

Ideales Appartement für einen Kurztrip
Wir hatten einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt gebucht, um London zu besichtigen und Weihnachtseinkäufe zu machen. Insgesamt war es eine runde Sache. Leider hatte uns vor dem Aufsuchen des Appartements eine kurzfristig gesendete SMS nicht erreicht, nach der wir aus einem nicht genannten Grunde von Zen auf ein Appartement in dem nahegelegenen (10 min Fußweg) Komplex "Meridian Place" umgebucht worden waren, so daß wir kurzfristig "wie der Ochse vorm Berg" standen. Die Angelegenheit klärte sich rasch und wir mussten lediglich einen weiteren Fußmarsch von 10 min in Kauf nehmen. Eine Qualitätseinbuße war nicht zu verzeichnen.
