“We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed. ”

“My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. ”

“Very nice to have an apartment style residence in a lively area of London. There are grocery shops and a tube station nearby and it’s a thirty minute walk to Piccadilly. Doesn’t have a hotel lobby but we had good communication about lock codes and let ourselves in. Free laundry machines on lower level and good air conditioning mean I’ll be back!”

“I really liked the student accommodation and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Shaz who checked me in. The only complaint I have is that the actual building name wasn’t included in any check in details and there wasn’t a sign for Student OLIB on the door. I followed google maps which led me to a different building which caused lots of confusion. ”

“We never got to stay as the host failed to respond to us and VRBO, we got stuck in London with no pace to stay and VRBO telling us to find an alternative place to stay ourselves. Host did not communicate, I called VRBO 4 times leading up to our stay and were told not to worry. Turns out they couldn’t get a hold of the host either. Stuck in London after a 4hr 30mins travel, heatwave, rush hour and trying to find alternate accommodation with a child in tow and no help is not an ideal situation to……

“Great location and comfortable bed. A little delay in cleaning the unit (it was after 3pm and we waited to get in). But overall we enjoyed it. No AC but the fans worked.”

“This was a lovely place to stay! They even let us check in early, which was so helpful. The location was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was air conditioning also, which was a plus on a couple of hot days. ”

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
