Property seems pretty new. Check in was a little slow, and they require a $40 security deposit. Room is clean and in good repair. Would appreciate a luggage rack, we're using a small table and the window seat for suitcases. Like that the floor is tile, not carpet.

Good location and easy access, the front desk lady was very helpful. The room had a musty smell and we had very low water pressure in the shower as well as with the toilet. The toilet had problems flushing. Everything was clean and tidy otherwise. Breakfast was good too. My husband said they had the best coffee he had had on our trip.

It was the nicest Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. It was clean the room was comfortable. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was a good variety. Will definitely stay there again.

I'm a tiny woman who travels all over for work. Well I don't expect any special treatment but if you see me dragging a great big suitcase you would normally put me on the first floor especially if you have no elevator. Second.. if I go to the front desk and let them know that my room stinks terribly bad and request that housekeeping comes the next day, you would think housekeeping would come and change the sheets and clean it thoroughly? No they did not. His solution was to put me in a room right next door that was just as equally stinky. The rooms were tiny as well as smelled like dirty feet and body odor. You can tell the majority of their business are road crews but if that's the kind of customers you have that you need to clean your hotel rooms thoroughly and maybe not give attitude when a little woman requests something to be done. I will never stay in this facility again

Very clean remodeled hotel .. fast check in , very quiet I mean I never hear anything it’s safe the doors lock , friendly staff comfortable beds . very good place to stay here in Longview

Worthy of 2/3 stars id if everything's working

The room was fine. The sink had only hot water, the shower was working ok. The bed was a bit solid for my taste but after driving 1100 miles it did its job. The ice machine was "working" at 6am, but it was empty. The staff were all very professional & nice.

Newly renovated I am impressed how this hotel has changed for the better since switching from a microt to quality inn very quiet, safe, good cable , fast friendly check in , comfortable place I recommend it if you need a quiet clean convenient place at a good price

The room was a lot smaller than I expected but the sheets/towels were clean. Staff was friendly, parklot was well lit. I felt safe when I arrived. I did see a small roach in my room before I checked out, for that reason I will never book here again.

We had a great stay here. The desk clerk went above and beyond. She opened the pool for our grandson. It was his 17th birthday and she opened the pool and let him swim. Yes, the water was cold but she made his day. Thank you tremendously.

The girl working last night let me know, upon my arrival at 1 AM, that she hates dealing with 3rd party sites. She said Expedia is the worst. Her complaining did not make me feel welcome.
