“這次入住了頂樓及4樓的房型，空間都相當寬敞舒適，尤其是頂樓的觀景視野很好還可以走上去環視老城。廚房設備也相當完善，雖然沒有早餐但可到超市自己買食材準備。入住時有先預刷一筆押金，會在退房後刷退。住宿人員也相當友善的回應我們的問題，也協助我們預訂前往機場的接駁車，因為行李較多也會幫忙預訂較舒適的大車，大約是400多一人 減少拿行李奔波 相當划算。”

“Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.”

“The shower went wrong so we can’t take shower, and also the bed is not smooth. But fortunately, the host replied us at midnight and help us to fix problems, the staff is kind and helpful also. “We had a wonderful stay at the White Swan Boutique Apartments in Prague. The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the city. The host was exceptionally helpful. When there was a small mix-up with the apartment, they handled it promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to make things right.
