“What a fantastic B&B this is. I stayed with my sister just for one night but wished it was longer. The owner, Andrew, is such a lovely bloke and made us feel very welcome. Our room was a twin and attention to detail was amazing. We had a little fridge with fresh milk and water. There was tea and coffee, homemade biscuits and fresh fruit. Breakfast was cooked to order and was fabulous. There are pubs and a couple of restaurants nearby and Andrew provides an honesty bar in the property. We ordered……

“Very spacious well equipped cottage situated just off the main street of Barnard Castle right by the parish church. We were able to check in early, which was a big help, and when we arrived we delighted to see how spotlessly clean it was. The beds and furnishing were comfortable and would have no hesitation in reccommending the cottage to our friends and family”
