the owner was really helpful and nothing was to much trouble
lots of information on things to do in the area, restaurant and pubs too
the cabin was very clean with everything we needed

“Old Hall was a beautiful building from the outside, gardens and paths could have been a little more tidy with a bit more TLC. Our room was spacious but dreadfully dirty with Cobwebs on the ceiling, lots of dust on the skirting boards. Pillow case was dreadful with horrible black marks on which was replaced on request but housekeeping should have seen this for sure. Bath / Shower very dated with rusty mechanism for the plug/water system. Protective cover on water pressure tap came off in my hand……
