We are on a private beach in a beautiful resort with 3 swimming pools located in fabulous Cupecoy close to everything. Perfect setting! Our penthouse condo was recently remodeled wth new appliances. As a courtesy, we also have water tools for a fun day at the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrella, swimming noodles.

Our condo is located in the best part of St. Maarten - Cupecoy, only a 7 minute taxi ride from the airport. Bus stops at the front gate. We are in a gated community with 24/7 security guards. 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are oceanfront. One of them is a saltwater pool and it is great for the skin. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Golf course (7 mins). Casino, restaurants, pastry/coffee, 3 grocery stories and the American University of Caribbean Medical School. Come enjoy our pristine private beach. The turquoise sea here is beautiful! The water is so clear that you can see the rocks underneath. We provide swim noodles and life vests at the condo for water lovers. We also have sand chairs and a sand umbrella. This unit is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway, honeymoon, or anniversary.
